All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Because our pottery is handmade, some items may require additional time. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  
Estimated delivery times:  
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days  

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Packaging  
We carefully package all pottery using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the fragile nature of our products, extra care is taken with every shipment.

Tracking Your Order  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages  
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [beatoboutique21@gmail.com]. Include photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will gladly work with you to replace or refund your order when applicable.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
